You may choose from different categories of in-patient beds/rooms of the hospital, including Ward, Double Bed, Standard, private & deluxe Single and Standard & VIP / Deluxe Suite . Beds/Cabins are allotted depending on your choice and availability. We also have Day Care Unit for patients who have had out-patient procedures, as well ten specialized state-of-the-art Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Units (CCU), High Dependency Unit (HDU), Neonatal Intensive Care unit (NICU) & Paediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) for management of critically ill patients. Al-Helal Specialized Hospital Ltd. provides 24-hour comprehensive, individualized nursing care for in-patients based on their assessed nursing needs. All our nurses are well-qualified and experienced with a commitment to patient care. To provide smooth In Patient Nursing services there are 02 Nurses Stations are available where a group of experienced nurses are available 24/7. In order to provide the best quality nursing care, the nursing members are adequately prepared by education, experience and training.

Diet is an integral part of patient medication. Therefore, food from outside source is discouraged. Dieticians, in association with your doctor, will assess your diet needs. You are advised to follow the dieting instructions specified by them for speedy recovery. Religious sentiments of the patients will be considered while deciding on the diets. Kindly inform the dietician of the same.

Our service timings are:
  • Bed tea/coffee: 8.00 am – 8.30 am
  • Breakfast: 6.30 am – 7.30 am
  • Soup service: 10.00 am – 11.00 pm
  • Lunch: 12.30 pm – 1.30 pm
  • Evening tea with biscuits: 4.00 pm – 4.30 pm
  • Dinner: 7.30 pm – 8.30 pm
  • Milk: 9.00 pm – 9.30 pm
  • If you are availing Suite/deluxe/Standard rooms, your attendant will also be served with complimentary breakfast, lunch and dinner.
  • Any other order besides these services will take 45 minutes from the time of order and will be charged separately.
  • Please feel free to discuss any doubt regarding your diet with your dietician.
  • Once a diet has been designed for your specific needs, we do not advocate any change in quantity or otherwise; it maybe detrimental to your health.

Al-Helal Specialized Hospital Ltd. maintains the highest level of cleanliness. Housekeeping Department looks after the cleanliness of your room. Wards are cleaned and bed linen and towels are changed on a daily basis. All your laundry is processed in our in-house laundry service. We understand the importance of infection control practices for handling, processing, storing and delivery of textiles in a healthcare setting. Specialized equipment and chemicals are used to enhance the hospital’s cross infection control programes. Newspapers are also provided for in-patients by the Housekeeping Department.

One attendant is allowed per patient in the room/ward after visiting hours (12.30 am – 2.30 pm and 5.30 pm – 7.30 pm). It is mandatory to carry the Attendant Pass issued at the time of admission.

The attendant should vacate the room/ward when the patient is shifted to OT/ICU. The attendant may still retain the room, but in this case the patient will be charged for double occupancy (bed charge + OT/ICU charge). This however, is allowed subject to the availability of rooms.


Attendants and all other visitors can also buy meals and refreshments from Al-Helal Specialized Hospital Cafeteria (Ground Floor), open from 8:30 am to 10 pm every day. Cafeteria offers hygienic and tasty local and continental cuisine, including soups, salads, snacks, tandoori, grills, ice-creams, milk shakes, cocktails, and fresh juices.


Suite, Deluxe & Standard Single rooms are provided with television with cable TC connections. The Double Bed and Male & Female ward patients share common TV connection.


Newspapers are supplied to all rooms and wards. We have also made arrangements to keep some commonly read magazines in all the wards. Please call the ward secretary or the nurse in-charge in case you need this service.


To ensure that all the operational activities of the hospital are running smoothly in the odd hours of night and on holidays, we have dedicated Duty Manager who ensures that both patients and doctors receive proper support and coordination. Call our Duty Manager at 0171 — —- for any assistance.
